LEARN BY DOING WORKSHOP

Teach your team to direct
the work AI does.

A three-day workshop in building, running and improving agentic workflows. Your people practise with relevant tasks, reusable skills and clear rules for company information and output review.

  • Define the task
  • Direct the skill
  • Review the result
An instructor with a teaching pointer and three sculptural participants share an open workshop. The stationary lesson title reads Agentic Training above their working surface. The people retain judgement and direct the AI tools. Agentic Training LEARN BY DOING
In practice

From an isolated prompt
to a reviewed way of working.

An example exercise develops from a task brief into reusable instructions and a review decision. The employee remains responsible for judgement.

Human judgement throughout

Employees choose suitable work, set a quality standard and evaluate the result. Reusable skills make the method easier to repeat and share.

Fictional workshop exercise

Prepare a customer update.

A useful result starts with a clear task and a standard for judging it.

The task
Draft an update from the approved work record. Identify anything that still needs a person to decide.
The method
Read the record, extract supported facts, follow the agreed structure and flag missing information. Save the instructions as a reusable skill.
The check
Compare the draft with its source. Check accuracy, omissions, commitments and the next action before sharing.
A review decision
“We will complete the change tomorrow.”

The record does not confirm a date. Revise the commitment or ask the responsible person.

Sanitised exercise. Participants practise directing, evaluating and improving the work; this is not a measured learning outcome.

Three practical days.
A method people can reuse.

Prepare the context. Choose good tasks. Build a workflow. Judge the result. Plan its application.

1
Preparation

Choose relevant work.

Agree participant needs, relevant exercises, approved accounts and information boundaries. Preparation is not an additional workshop day.

2
Day 1

Choose and evaluate.

Understand the tools, select suitable work and define an acceptable result. Establish a quality baseline using appropriate context.

3
Day 2

Build and practise.

Develop reusable skills, repeatable steps and ways to handle missing information. Build and run an exercise the group can inspect.

Day 3

Review and share.

Demonstrate the workflow, judge its output and document how to apply and share the learning within the organisation’s rules.

5
Application

Apply the method.

Identify a suitable application, its owner and the checks the result needs. Format and any follow-up are agreed for the engagement.

Questions about this service

Straight answers.

What you need to know before starting a conversation.

Is training suitable for nontechnical employees?

Yes. Exercises and tools match participants’ roles and experience; they need to understand their work and be willing to review AI output.

What will we practise over three days?

Participants choose suitable tasks, build repeatable workflows, then review and document the results. The three-day workshop develops practical skills they can apply to their work.

Who should attend, and what should they prepare?

Choose employees who know the work and can judge results. Bring suitable task examples and prepare the agreed tools, accounts and working environment.

Can exercises use company information?

Yes, with your organisation’s approval of the tools, accounts and information. We agree boundaries beforehand and use sanitised or fictional examples where needed.

What can participants reuse and share?

Participants keep the workflows, reusable instructions and quality checks developed during exercises. Sharing and reuse follow your organisation’s access and information rules.

How does this relate to First Win training?

The standalone workshop runs over three days. First Win includes training for three key employees, with its content and duration set out in the proposal.
